How do I sync my progress on different devices?

You can sync your progress by linking your Game Center account on iOS or your Facebook account to the game.
You can log in to Facebook:

• Through the settings window;
  
• Through the Diary in the Friends tab;
  
• Through a win window;
  

To log in to Game Center:

1. Open the settings of your device
2. Tap on the Game Center
3. Tap Sign in…
   
4. Select Sign in from an existing Apple ID
5. Enter your Apple ID
6. When you return to the app, synchronization with your account will happen automatically.
7. If the account already has progress, then when synchronizing, you will be given a choice between the current progress and the progress on the account

How do I save my progress?

Your progress is saved when you connect your device to the Internet.
You can restore your progress even if you reinstall the game.
To do this, select the progress you want to load in the progress-selection window.

Then confirm your selection by entering the numbers 12345.
You can also save your progress by linking the game to your Facebook account.

How do I delete my profile?

If you wish to, you can delete your profile and personal data. In order to do so, just write an email requesting the deletion to legal@mytona.com.

WARNING: When your profile is deleted, you will lose all your game progress and will be unable to restore it.

Our support service will contact you and send you an in-game window to confirm the deletion of your data. To delete the data, you will have to restart the game on your primary device (WARNING: before taking this operation, we recommend you delete the game with your profile from all other devices) and confirm the deletion of your data.

After that, your profile and personal data will be deleted, and you will be asked to start the game over from the beginning.

How do I change my name in the game?

There are two ways to change the name of your character:

• the Change Name button in the settings window

• and in the customization window after pressing the “i” button.

How do I change the language of the game?

You can change the language in the settings window. Tap the gear icon next to the Bank. Select “Change language” in the pop-up window. There you can choose your preferred language.

How do I turn on notifications from the game in my device settings?

iOS

To turn on or turn off notifications from the game:

1. Go to your device settings
2. Find “Cooking Diary” on the list of applications
3. Select “Notifications”
   
4. Turn on or turn off notifications by tapping the corresponding button
   

Android

To turn on or turn off notifications from the game:

1. Go to your device settings
2. Select “Notifications”
   
3. Find “Cooking Diary” on the list of applications
   
4. Turn on or turn off notifications by tapping the corresponding button
   

How do you update the game?

If when you start up Cooking Diary, you get a message that you need to update the game, tap Update, and the application will automatically open the store page where you can download the update.

You can update the game manually in the App Store’s updates section.

If you don’t see Cooking Diary in the updates section, but your game is asking you to update, you need to go to your account.

1. Open the App Store
2. Click on the human silhouette in the upper right corner (Account)
   
3. Open the Purchases section
   
4. Find Cooking Diary and download the update
   

If you are still unable to update the application, restart the device and try again.
