- When trying to purchase something, I receive the message “You currently have a purchase pack in the process of validation”
Please restart the game and check if your purchase has been received. If after 24 hours you still haven’t received your purchase, then please send us a support ticket or email to email@example.com, including your player ID (found in More – Account Management), the exact time of purchase and your Apple or Google receipt order number.
IMPORTANT: Without a valid receipt order number from Apple or Google, we will not be able to verify or send your purchase.
GEC (Galactic Empire Credits) are a form of universal currency that can be used to purchase items and resources.
The main way to obtain GEC is via in-app purchases from the store. Some events will also contain GEC rewards!
Unfortunately we are unable to give out free GEC on a player by player basis. Sometimes there will be GEC rewards for participating in events or special prizes! You can also get GEC from completing some achievements and daily login rewards!
Due to the structure of this large scale online game, unfortunately we are unable to process GEC refund requests for individual players. We are also unable to process item returns or other similar transactions.
The only GEC purchase channel is via official store transactions in the game. Any websites or services outside claiming to offer GEC purchase will not be able to provide you GEC and are likely to steal your account and password. For your own safety we encourage you not to try any of these channels, as your account details will be in danger and you will gain nothing.
Please also note that attempting to use any third party purchase channels is in violation of our player policy and is likely to result in a ban on your account.

If you have received all previous purchases and are not missing any purchases, then you can safely ignore this message and select “Continue”. If you have a purchase that has not been received, please search for and follow the steps in our purchase not received FAQ.
