Where can I find onyx and other rare stones?

You need to buy the Stonemason Dwarf’s Hut, it is available in the Shop for coins.

Where can I get the runes?

You can get blue, green, yellow and red runes these ways:

• if you make orders in the Academy of Magic (the runes and rune fragments drop with the orders randomly);
• if you feed the Gryphons (Gryphon Eggs are available in Shop and during special offers);
• if you help the citizens in the Elves Towers (available in Shop and during special offers) – they give you rune fragments;
• if you help the citizens in the Mage Houses (available during special offers);
• if you gather the collection Rune Cube in the menu of collections (icon with an open chest in the lower left corner of the game screen) and open the Rune Cube in the Storage – you’ll receive 1 random Rune.

In the mobile version of the game you can turn 10 rune fragments into 1 rune of the same colour in the Storage; in Facebook version of the game you can turn 10 rune fragments into 1 rune of the same colour in the Shop.

You can get azure runes these ways:

• there is a chance of receiving the azure rune if you finish the collection Rune Cube – you need to use the Cube in the Storage and you will receive one random rune;
• if you help the dwellers of the Ice Mage House they will give you the azure runes;
• if you help the dwellers of the Snow Elves’ Tower they will give you the azure rune fragments.

Both are seasonal winter dwellings available during special offer.

Where can I find the Copper Chest?

You need to dig in the Camp of Explorers – it is available in the Shop, section with an open chest. There are two types of chests that you can find in the Camp: wooden and copper. The copper are more rare, so you’ll have to buy few Camps before you get it.

Where can I find the field journals?

You can find the field journals if you dig in the Camp of Explorers. The Camp is available in the Shop for coins (section with an open chest).

How to remove the curse from totems and get the magic pollen?

You need to click on the curse over the totem building and use the magic pollen to break the curse.

There are few ways to receive the magic pollen:

• collect the Taxes in the Castle when the treasury is full;
• use the Wheel of Fortune (the blue icon with triangle and circles in the lower right corner of the game screen) – there is a chance of receiving the magic pollen among other resources;
• help the citizens of the Fairy Houses. You can buy the Fairy Houses for crystals in the Shop, during special offer or get one of them randomly as a reward for playing the game daily for 4 weeks in a row.

Where can I find the Willow Branches?

You need to make the Large orders in the Sawmill – you will randomly receive the Willow sprouts with the wood. Plant the sprouts, water them, wait until they grow and cut the trees, then you will get the willow branches.

Where can I find the Stela of Inspiration?

You can craft the Stela of Inspiration in the Sculptor Dwarf’s Workshop. You can buy it in the Shop for coins in the section with the hammer and pick icon. After you craft the Stela you need to look for it in your Storage and then place it in your Kingdom, otherwise the quest won’t be finished.

How can I get the Master of Coin Scroll or Master of Coins achievement?

In order to receive the Master of Coin Scroll you need to gather all the items for the said Collection. The items are stated in the Collections menu (the icon with an open chest in the lower left corner of the game screen). You can get the rare coins if you make orders in the business buildings, but it happens randomly and not very often.

The amount of scrolls you need to receive the Master of Coins achievement and increase the income of coins is stated in the list of Achievements (the icon with a crown on a pillow in the lower left corner of the game screen).

Where can I find the Sculpture Records for the “True or Faux 11/17 “quest?

You can find the Sculpture Records if you make orders in the Royal College. The chance of getting the Records is higher if you order the Independent Research. They still drop randomly though, so you’ll have to make more orders before you get them.

How can I get the Wisdom Plates?

In order to get the Wisdom Plates you need to complete the “Ancient Magic Mysteries 11/11” quest – you need to gather 10 collections “Treasure of Thunder Rock” (click the icon with open chest in the lower right corner of the game screen – it will open the Collections menu), then open each treasure in the Storage and you will get Wisdom Plates. Please make sure that you have the said quest, because you won’t receive the plates from the collections if the quest is not active.

How can I get the Valour Plates?

In order to get the Valour Plates you need to complete the “Ancient Magic Mysteries 7/11” quest – you need to gather 10 collections “Treasures of Finders” (click the icon with open chest in the lower right corner of the game screen – it will open the Collections menu), open each treasure in the Storage and you will get Valour Plates. Please make sure that you have the said quest, because you won’t receive the plates from the collections if the quest is not active.

How can I get the Hope Plates?

In order to receive the Hope Plates you need to complete the “Ancient Magic Mysteries 9/11” quest – you need to gather 10 collections “Treasure of Snake Lair” (click the icon with open chest in the lower right corner of the game screen – it will open the Collections menu), then open each treasure in the Storage and you will get Hope Plates. Please make sure that you have the said quest, because you won’t receive the plates from the collections if the quest is not active.

How can I the get Resistance Plates?

In order to receive the Resistance Plates you need to complete the “Ancient Magic Mysteries 5/11” quest – you need to click on the Haunted House 10 times (the territory with the Haunted House has to be open) and you will get Resistance Plates. Please make sure that you have the said quest, because you won’t receive the plates from the Haunted House if the quest is not activ

Where can I find the Certificate of Knight? “White Knight 10/18” quest.

You can find the Certificate of Knight if you collect the gold in the menu of the Castle when the treasury is full. You may need a few tries before you get the Certificate.

The Grapeyards are finished, but still show an exclamation mark, what should i do?

You need to finish the “Mice Infestation” quest, after that the Grapeyards will start working.

Why does my Academy of Magic not work? Where can I find the Essence of Water to finish the Academy of Magic?

The Academy of Magic will only start functioning after you’ve completed all the quests from the “Academy of Magic” adventure. If you’ve already completed the quest chain, but the Academy is still not functioning, please contact our support service by submitting a request and we’ll be happy to help you.

You can get the Essence of Water at the Mermaid’s House. You need to open the territory that holds the Mermaid’s Dwelling and complete the quests from Tree of Spirits in order to get the Essence of Water there.

I don’t have enough population to upgrade the Castle.

You should be able to do the following (at least one option):

• buy more dwellings in the Shop (Hovel, Burger’s House, Merchant’s House, Aristocratic Mansion);
• upgrade the dwellings you have – each upgrade gives you more citizens (click on the house and then on the arrows in the lower left corner of the house’s menu);
• reach the level when you’ll be able to buy more dwellings (it usually happens when you are on 10th level and you need to reach 11th level to buy next available dwelling).

I increase the population, but treasury is not getting bigger

You can find the necessary amount of citizens in the Castle menu, on the right page, on the bar with the icon of citizens. The first number on the bar is the amount of the citizens you have at the moment, the second number states the amount of the citizens you need in order to increase the income from treasury.

What do I need magic ore for?

The magic ore can be used to help your citizens, to make orders in Builder’s House, Stonemason Dwarf’s Hut, Foundry of Ferrous Metals, Gem Cutter’s Workshop, Foundry of Commodities, Greenhouse, Wizard’s Tower and some other craft buildings. You’ll also need it to finish some of the quests, upgrade the buildings, the Castle and the capacity of Storage.

Where to check the experience needed to level up?

If you play mobile version of the game you can find the experience bar is in the upper left corner of the game screen, with a star icon and the game level. The first number on the bar is the amount of experience you have at the moment, the second number states the amount of experience you need in order to gain the next level.

How do I level up and gain experience?

In order to gain experience points and level up in the game you need to follow next steps:

1. Complete quests in the game. Note that additional quests give you more experience points than storyline quests.
2. Build houses and help the citizens.
3. Cut down trees and remove stones.
4. Complete orders at the followings buildings:

• • The Library;
  • Academy of Magic;
  • Astral Beacon;
  • The Royal College.

In the Facebook version of the game you can also purchase Experience Potions for crystals.

How to move and rotate buildings in the Facebook version of the game?

In order to move or rotate the buildings you need to click on the yellow dividers icon in the lower left corner of the game screen:

Then choose an option:

• yellow arrow – return to the main menu;
• arrow pointing to the backpack – hide the building into the Storage (not applicable to some of the buildings);
• house with the arrows beneath – move building (also not applicable to some of the buildings, but to most);
• house with red cross – delete the building (not applicable to all of the dwellings and some other buildings).

When you choose to move the building you just need to click on the building, drag it anywhere around the map where it glows with green and then click once again when you find a spot for it.

How to move and rotate buildings in the mobile version of the game?

In order to move or rotate the buildings you need to tap the yellow dividers icon in the lower left corner of the game screen then choose an option:

• yellow arrow – return to the main menu;
• arrow pointing to the backpack – hide the building into the Storage (not applicable to some of the buildings);
• house with the arrows beneath – move building (also not applicable to some of the buildings, but to most);
• house with red cross – delete the building (not applicable to all of the dwellings and some other buildings);
• house with z-z-z – hide the icons with z-z-z above the buildings that are not used at the moment.

When you choose to move the building there will be three buttons underneath it:

• two yellow arrows – rotate;
• green V – set up the building as it is at the moment;
• red cross – choose another building.

When the building has these buttons you can move it just by dragging it with finger around the map anywhere it glows with green.

Where can I get talismans to buy animals in the shop?

You can buy the Eggs, Buds, Baskets and Boxes with the animals for the 3 talismans of the same animal (Owl talismans for Owl Egg, Gryphon talismans for the Gryphon Egg and so on).

You can choose one of the ways to get the talismans:

• buy the talismans for crystals (you need to click on the talisman’s icon in Shop under the Egg);
• if you had the said animal previously, you need to feed it and you will get the talismans from this animal (rarely);
• buy the Talisman Bag in Shop and get one random talisman. You can buy the Talisman Bag for the Pieces of talismans that can only be received from the Camp of explorers. You can buy the Camp of explorers in Shop.

How do I delete friends from game?

In order to delete friends in game you need to unfriend them in Facebook.

Please note that you can have friends only in the Facebook version of the game.

How can I change my nickname?

You cannot choose a permanent nickname in the game. You are assigned with a special ID after you install the game, which is your games’ Invitation Code in the mobile version of the game and User-Login in the Facebook version of the game.

You have to choose a unique nickname if you take part in the tournament though. You will see the chosen nickname in the leaderboards, but you’ll be able to create a new name for each new tournament.

How can I get the free bonuses in the game?

Depending on the version of the game there are two ways of getting bonuses:

• Magic Word – is a special word used in the mobile version of the game to get free bonuses, such as crystals, flowers, magic animals and much more. To use the Magic Word you need to tap the handshake icon in the bottom right corner of the screen, and then tap the “Magic Word” icon and type in the word.
• Links allow the players of the Facebook version of the game to receive the same free bonuses. Just follow the link and wait a minute.

Magic Words and links are usually issued on holidays in our Facebook community.

What are adventures and quests?

Quests need to be completed to find out what happens further down the storyline, get experience points, crystals and other resources, as well as open other interesting possibilities of the game. To open the quest menu, you need to tap the icons displayed on the left side of the screen.

There are two types of quests:

1. Main storyline quests, which are displayed in a golden frame. These are important for your Kingdom development and you shouldn’t forget to complete them. The construction of such important buildings as the Academy of Magic and the Royal College depends on them, as well as opening new territories. Main storyline quests are always free.
2. Additional quests, which are displayed in a gray frame. These let you earn more experience and resources, and get to know the main characters better. Additional quests may be free or payable as well as seasonal.

Seasonal free quests appear on the left side of the screen among the other quests. Seasonal payable quests appear on the right side of the game screen among the special offers.

Adventures are quest chains that are united by one storyline.

How can I visit other kingdoms and add friends?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to visit other kingdoms and add friends in mobile version of the game, we are currently working on this option. It is only available in the Facebook version.

In mobile version of the game you can send your invitation code to the other players of Fairy Kingdom and you will get few crystals as a reward. You can use someone else’s invitation code like this only once, but you can send your own invitation code to others as many times as you wish.

In the Facebook version you need to add the other players of the Facebook version of the game to your Friend List in Facebook, then click on the blue “Invite” icon at the bottom of the game screen and choose the added friend. You’ll be able to visit your friends’ Kingdoms and gather useful items from the their citizens’ dwellings after they start playing the game.

What’s the difference between the level of the player, the level of the Castle and the level of the population?

There are 3 types of levels in this game:

• the level of the player is stated in the green experience bar in the upper left corner of the game screen. You need only experience stars to raise it.
• the level of the Castle is stated in the menu of the Castle, on the right page (“Castle level”). You need to increase the amount of citizens, get resources and finish other tasks to raise it.
• the level of the Population is also stated in the menu of the Castle, on the right page, in front of the Population bar. You need only to increase the amount of citizens to raise this level. You can see the amount of the citizens you have and the necessary amount of citizens to upgrade to the next level on the Population bar. Each level of the Population gives you more coins in the Treasury.

How do I participate in the tournament?

The tournaments are available:

• to all players level 20 and up;
• Tuesday (12:00 UTC/GMT) to Sunday.

In the mobile version of the game you’ll also need:

• the latest version of the game;
• the stable internet connection.
