Rules for Buffs to Take Effect

Rules for the Same Buffs:

For the same buffs, the one with more remaining rounds will prevail, and if the remaining rounds are the same, the one with higher value will prevail. This rule applies to all buffs no matter which buff comes first.

Example of Buff Rules:

If your aircraft carrier already have 20% dodge chance, and after receiving Phantom buff with 20% dodge chance bonus, your dodge chance will be 20% + 20% = 40%

Categories of Skill Attributes

  • Normal skills – Direct attribute bonus, for example, Overall (Attack / Defense / HP / Accuracy / Crit / Critical Hit Multiple), Aircraft (Attack / Defense / HP / Accuracy / Dodge / Crit / Critical Hit Multiple / Quantity), Warship (Attack / Defense / HP / Dodge / Accuracy / Crit / Critical Hit Multiple / Command).
  • Special skills – Generally, they can convert an attribute into another attribute. General conversion formula: Bonus Value = (Required Overall Attribute Value + The Highest Value Among The Battle Units of the Fleet) * Attribute Value. Take an example to explain “Required Overall Attribute Value”: When Deflector Armor converts the defense bonus of combat units, then the “Required Overall Attribute Value” is Overall Defense.

Implosion Laser / Implosion Armor: Convert the highest Critical Hit Rate among the combat units of the fleet into Overall Attack / Overall Defense bonus.

For example, in a fleet, if its Overall Critical Hit is 100%, Warship Critical Hit is 50%, Aircraft Critical Hit is 20%, and Implosion Laser / Implosion Armor bonus is 50%; the Warship Critical Hit is the highest among the combat units and will be used to provide bonus, and thus the Overall Attack / Overall Defense bonus is: (100%+50%)*50%=75%

Deflector Armor: Convert the highest Defense Bonus among the combat units of the fleet into Overall Dodge Bonus.

For example, in a fleet, the Overall Defense bonus is 80%, Warship Defense bonus is 50%, Carrier Defense bonus is 20%, and Deflector Armor is 50%; the Warship Defense bonus is the highest among the combat units and will be used to provide bonus, and thus the Overall Dodge Bonus is: (80%+50%)*50%=65%

Precision Fire: Convert the highest Attack Bonus among the combat units of the fleet into Overall Accuracy Bonus.

For example, in a fleet, if its Overall Attack bonus is 90%, Warship Attack bonus is 30%, Aircraft Attack bonus is 50%, and Precision Fire bonus is 45%; the Aircraft Attack is the highest among the combat units and will be used to provide bonus, and thus the Overall Accuracy bonus is: (90%+50%)*45%=63%

Attack & Defense: Convert the highest Defense Bonus among the combat units of the fleet into Overall Dodge Bonus.

For example, in a fleet, if its Overall Attack bonus is 85%, Warship Attack bonus is 45%, Aircraft Attack bonus is 30%, and Attack & Defense bonus is 40%; the Warship Attack bonus is the highest among the combat units and will be used to provide bonus, and thus the Overall Defense bonus is: (85%+45%)*40%=52%

Violent Attack: Convert the highest Attack Bonus among the combat units of the fleet into Overall Critical Hit Multiple Bonus.

For example, in a fleet, the Overall Attack bonus is 100%, Warship Attack bonus is 50%, Aircraft Attack bonus is 20%, and Violent Attack is 50%; the Warship Attack bonus is the highest among the combat units and will be used to provide bonus, and thus the Overall Critical Hit Multiple Bonus is: (100%+50%)*50%= 75%

Devastating Blow: Convert the highest Critical Hit Rate among the combat units of the fleet into Additional Injury bonus, the fleet with this attribute can not deal critical attack.

For example, in a fleet, if its Overall Critical Hit is 70%, Warship Critical Hit is 40%, Aircraft Critical Hit is 20%, and Devastating Blow bonus is 30%; the Warship Critical Hit is the highest among the combat units and will be used to provide bonus, and thus the Additional Injury bonus is: (70%+40%)*30%=33%

Note: All the above calculation is the bonus value, if the initial attack bonus of a fleet is 100%, and the calculation result of Implosion Laser is 50%, then the total attack bonus of the fleet is: (100%+50%)=150%

Immunity type skills – The skills except for Normal skills and Special skills

Restrain Immunity – Reduce enemy’s release probability of Restrain skill

For example, if the enemy fleet has a 20% chance to release Restrain and a 100% chance to release Boost Morale (Increase the aircraft’s success rate of releasing Buffs), and your fleet has a 20% chance to release Electronic Countermeasure (Reduce the Buff release success rate of enemy aircraft) and a 50% chance of Restrain Immunity, then the probability of your fleet to get Restrained is: (23%+100%)-(20%+50%)=53%

Sunder Immunity – Reduce enemy’s release probability of Sunder skill

Dispel Immunity – Reduce enemy’s release probability of Dispel skill

Targets for Skill Attributes to Take Effect

In a fleet, there are aircraft carrier, aircraft, warships, and submarines, among which the skill attributes of aircraft carrier / equipment / genius will not take effect on submarines. Aircraft carrier has no attack and firepower attribute; aircraft has no defense and dodge attribute.

For example, in a fleet, if its Overall Attack bonus is 100%, Warship Attack bonus is 50%, Aircraft Attack bonus is 20%, then for this fleet, the total Warship Attack bonus is: 100%+50%, the total Aircraft Attack bonus is: 100%+20%, and the aircraft carrier will not attack and has no attack attribute.
